1. Eligibility

2. User Accounts

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Orders and Fulfillment

All products are made on a print-on-demand basis through our fulfillment partner based in America. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Order details (including production and shipping times) are provided on our Shipping Policy page and during checkout. All sales are final except as outlined in our Return/Refund Policy (if applicable).

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

When you upload designs, text, images, or other content (“User Content”) for printing on products, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize us to print the User Content.
• The User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other laws.
• The User Content does not contain unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or harmful material.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, print, display, distribute, and otherwise use the User Content solely to fulfill your order and provide the Services.

We own all rights to the Services, website design, logos, and any original content we create (excluding your User Content).

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely via our payment providers (including PayPal). You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your order.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and exchanges (if offered) are subject to our Return/Refund Policy. Due to the custom nature of our products, most orders are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or non-delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkzie.com, its affiliates, and fulfillment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (without regard to conflict of law principles), except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States, unless prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
